Tranmere striker and Grenada International Kithson Bain has joined non-league side Kettering Town on a one month loan deal.

Kithson was signed by ex-boss John Barnes, and Barnes pretty much hailed Kithson as Tranmere’s saviour, however since he joined Rovers on a free transfer Bain has not had to much of a chance to show his quality, but has been in impressive form for the reserves.

Despite going out on loan, Caretaker manager Les Parry has stated Bain is still in his plans and wants him to simply gain experience and then come back to Tranmere to fight for a place.

Parry told Tranmere Player:

‘This move will give him more experience of competitive football and allow him to get a few games under his belt. Hopefully he will return here in January and push for a place in the team.’
