After leaving the club five-years ago Tranmere have brought back a familiar face in Danny Harrison.

29-year-old Harrison left Rovers to join Rotherham in 2007 but following his release by them last month Ronnie Moore has moved to bring the midfielder back to Prenton Park.

Harrison, as he told the official website, is more than happy to be back at the club: ‘I’m really happy to be back at Tranmere.

‘The club has been a huge part of my life and it will be nice to be playing at Prenton Park again. There’s a decent squad here and I think we can be really competitive next season.’

He is vastly experienced and should add something to the Tranmere squad but is the re-signing of Harrison something that you are happy with?
