It’s another quick turnaround in league 2 with little rest bite for Tranmere, who are back at home tonight.

Micky Adams takes charge of his first official Tranmere game tonight when Mansfield Town come to Prenton Park.

Adams watched on as we were beaten at the weekend, he officially took charge on Monday and swiftly brought in Armand Gnanduillet on loan from Chesterfield with a debut expected.

Cole Stockton (pelvis), Danny Woodards (foot), Matt Hill (Achilles) and Liam Ridehalgh (ankle) are all missing through injury.

Mansfield have plenty of injury and have patched up a side that will be without the likes of Luke Jones (ruptured Achilles tendon), Matt Rhead (hamstring) and Adam Murray (suspension) but could include a returning Chris Clements.
