Liverpool ‘keeper joins on loan

Tranmere boss Les Parry has today completed the signing of Liverpool goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi on an emergency loan deal.

This week first choice Luke Daniels picked up and injury, whilst 17 year old Joe Collister is also out with injury.

Gulasci, 19 hails from Hungary and joined The Reds in summer of 2008, but has yet to make a senior appearance for Rafael Benitiez’s side. He had a spell with League Two side Hereford United last season and has represented his country at U21 level.

Peter will go straight in to the side for Tranmere’s home match against Exeter tomorrow.
