Moore on Orient :’It just hasn’t fallen for us.

Ronnie Moore was frustrated to see his side held to a bore draw at Prenton Park earlier today, however he was pleased to see Rovers keep a clean sheet.

Moore told the club’s official website after the game:

‘There was only one side trying to win it today. The first half was a bit lacklustre really. It was tight in the midfield and it was difficult for us to get balls into Shuker’s feet. We huffed and puffed and the final ball wasn’t good enough for us when we got in some good areas.

‘It just hasn’t fallen for us. Their keeper made a great save from Sonko and we’ve had a few deflections.

‘We haven’t lost and it’s a clean sheet. We had the opportunity to go seventh and we haven’t taken it, but we can’t be despondent about it.’
