A Vital Tranmere Rovers source has revealed that Chris Cohen (Nottingham Forest) is in talks with the club and he is expected to be unveiled before Saturday’s show-down with Liverpool FC.
As with Sonko we have heard the rumour very early so we are led to believe he is in talks and not signed.

There’s no way Cohen’s coming to you… he’s an integral part of our squad, under contract, and basically it’s a silly rumour!
Would be suprised & if he is on his way to Tranmere then he’ll cost a few bob, under 21, under contract & part of a promotion winning squad, a player that Colin Calderwood chased for ages – so, what do you reckon, he would cost around £1m?
Since we paid £1m+ for him and Davies – who has barely featured – I would say considerably more than that.
