Tranmere coach and former Huddersfield Town striker Wayne Allison tells Tranmere Player his pre-match thoughts ahead of the match tonight at the Galpharm Stadium.
The Chief as he is known as by pretty much the whole football league believes Rovers can get a decent result in Yorkshire.
Speaking to Tranmere Player, Allison said:
‘They’re flying. They’re a good team, a good unit and they score an abundance of goals, so we’re under no illusion about what to expect.
It’s about attitude and mentality – the willingness to defend. We are a unit now who have a good understanding. We have stuck together and other teams have been restricted to long range shots.’
Meanwhile winger Chris Shuker will miss tonight’s match after damaging ligaments in his ankle.
