Goodison to miss remainder of the season.

Rovers defender Ian Goodison will miss the next four league games following his sending off at home to Hereford yesterday. Goodison who has just recently signed a new contract extension made a stupid challenge when Rovers where comfortably 2-0 up at home to Hereford and deserved to be sent off.

Normally for serious foul play you would get a 3 match suspension but as Goodison as already been sent of this season this means the Jamaican international will miss an extra game as a punishment for collecting two red cards.

However Goodison would be back in time for the play-off’s shall Rovers secure a 6th spot. The club have also confirmed they will not make an appeal.
